PURPOSE:To make it possible to wind reeled yarns always under a constant low tension, by means of a winding device having delivery rolls having a feed groove on the peripheral surface and releasing frame arms on the side, flyer type turning guide and a rising and falling reel in the yarn path of reeled yarns. CONSTITUTION:A group of baves unwound from cocoons 2 in reeling hot water 1 is passed through a rotating end feeding machine 3, a filament guide button 4 and kennel devices 5-7, fineness sensor 8 and guide rolls 9-11, through delivery rolls 12 and 13 and then wound onto winding devices 20-27 provided below the delivery rolls 12 and 13. The outer peripheral surface of the delivery rolls 12 and 13 has a V-shaped delivery groove 14 or 15, and one side thereof has frame arms 16 or 17 for releasing the tension on the circumference of a circle having a smaller diameter than that of the delivery groove 14 or 15. Both rolls 12 and 13 are rotated and driven by a driving wheel 18 in contact with the outer periphery thereof. The winding devices 20-27 have a flyer type turning guide 21 rotating in sliding engagement with the vertical rotating shaft 20 and a rising and falling reel 23 driven connected with the rotating shaft 20.
