PURPOSE:To prevent variation in the boiling point of the titled device by keeping constantly equal liquid-phase coolant components within a water jacket and liquid-phase coolant components within a coolant tank wherein the coolant after condensation is collected. CONSTITUTION:A part of the liquid-phase coolant stored within the water jacket 2 is taken out of a coolant take-out port 2b as it is in liquid phase, and is introduced into a lower tank 13 through a coolant mixing passage 17 by a liquid level difference. The coolant within the water jacket, in which the concentration of ethylene glycol or the like is increased, by the fractional distillation operation, is mixed with a condensation coolant within the lower tank. While the condensation coolant is supplied from the lower tank 13 into the water jacket 2 by means of a coolant supply pump 4, the direct reflux of the coolant is prevented by an inside partitioning plate 15. As a result, the variation in the boiling point can be prevented. |
