<p>PURPOSE:To expose a large amount of large-area information at a time by using a spot light source matrix array which as nearly the same curvature with a phtotosensitive body as a light source which exposes the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The photosesitive body 1 is exposed by spot light source matrix arrays 3 and 4 to form a latent image on the photosensitive body. The matrix arrays 3 and 4 are constituted by sticking a spot light source matrix array 41 of thin film transistor drive on a Kapton film 43 on a glass substrate 42 having the same curvature with the photosensitive body. Thus, the matrix arrays 3 and 4 are nearly equalized in curvature to the photosenstive body 1 to expose a large amount of large-area iformation at a time.</p> |
