<p>PURPOSE:To prepare continuously low-class distilled spirits not to be oxidized, by covering a drying conveyor with a cover having an open lower part from the top of the conveyor, so that air in the covered is expelled by an alcohol-containing gas generated by distillation from the lower part. CONSTITUTION:The dampers 14 and 14' of the condenser 4 and the damper 19 of the exhaust duct 18 are closed to make the system air-tight, the heaters 9, 9'... are heated to about 50-60 deg.C to heat the interior of the cover 3. The pressure rollers 10 and 10' and the drying conveyor 2 are driven, SAKE lees put in the hopper 11 are made into a belt-like state to be easily pressed, and transported successively to the slant conveyor 5, the multi-state conveyors 8, 8'.... An alcohol-containing gas filled in the cover 3 is sent from the inlet 12 to the condenser 4, condensed, the dried air is returned from the exhaust vent 13 and the air duct 17 to the interior of the cover. Low-class distilled spirits are taken out from the outlet 15. Initially released low-class distilled spirits are abandoned since they are oxidized.</p> |
