PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of fuel injection control, by preventing fluctuation of the injection quantity of fuel due to change of the engine speed by terminating fuel injection by a control circuit when the number of pulses of a turning-angle signal counted from the time when a reference position signal is produced has reached a value corresponding to the injection quantity. CONSTITUTION:As to the control timing, the rise of a pulse signal after the time when the pulse width T0 of a turning-angle signal becomes greater than that of a previous signal is considered as a reference position, and rises of the pulse signal are counted on the basis of the aforesaid rise. A solenoid valve is turned ON when the above counted number becomes equal to the integer portion of the value obtained by dividing the spill angle, i.e., the fuel injection terminating period corresponding to the engine speed and the fuel injection quantity by the interval of turning-angle signals, i.e., the crank angle corresponding to the intervals of teeth 60a, 60b and so on of a signal rotor 60 and after the time corresponding to the residual of the above value is passed. Thus, since the injection terminating period is determined by the pulse number of the turning-angle signal, the injection quantity is not changed by the change of engine speed. Further, since the turning-angle signal is synchronous with the engine rotation, the accuracy of fuel injection control is enhanced.
