PURPOSE:To contrive the continuation of operation upon trouble of a primary injection valve by a method wherein a throttle actuator is operated by the detecting output, which detected the faulty operation of the primary injection valve, in order to open a secondary throttle valve and operate a secondary injection valve. CONSTITUTION:When the faulty operation of the primary fuel injection valve 4 is caused and the fuel is not supplied, it is detected by a detecting means and an auxiliary control means in a control unit 8 is operated by the output of the detection. Then, a pulse is impressed on the throttle actuator 10 to open the secondary throttle valve 3 and the secondary fuel injection valve 5 is operated in accordance with the amount of suction air as well as the revolving number of the engine upon cranking thereby supplying the fuel. When a perfect explosion is effected in the internal-combustion engine, the revolving number thereof is compared with an objective valve Ne and when the revolving number is lower than the objective value Ne, the pulse is impressed further on the actuator 10 to increase it to a value higher than the objective value Ne, the actuator 10 is held to secure it at that position and, thus, a correcting control, in which the injection valve 5 is employed from a low load, is effected. According to this method, the stop of the engine may be avoided. |
