PURPOSE:To obtain a compact device calling a desired tape part to a prescribed position by constituting the driver with the 1st roller, plural 2nd rollers, plural tapes wound on the rollers, a link gear interlocking with a gear provided to each roller and a turning plate. CONSTITUTION:A tape part 4b of a tape 4a relating to the 2nd roller 3 is positioned to the visual field VF of the operator. In this case, a ratchet claw 17 relating to the 2nd ring gear 12 is released from a ratchet tooth 16. On the other hand, a ratchet claw 15 is being meshed with a ratchet tooth 14 corresponding to the 1st ring gear 10. In this state, when a turning disc 6 is turned to the left via gears 19, 18, the 2nd roller 3a is turned around and moved to the visual field VF. During the turning around, the gear 9 itself (i.e., the 2nd roller 3 itself) is turned to the left and the tape 4 is wound on the corresponding 2nd roller 3. When a desired tape part 4b comes to a guide plate 22, the ratchet claw 15 is released from the ratchet tooth 14.
