Process for producing a flight of stairs

A description is given of a process for producing a flight of stairs comprising prefabricated, hollow, wedge-shaped stairs (1) which are composed of treads and risers and are terminated at both ends by side webs (4). In said process, these wedge-shaped stairs (1) are lined up and reinforced running beams are cast on their side webs (4). In order to produce flights of stairs of this type in a cost-effective manner, the hollow wedge-shaped stairs (1), after they have been lined up, are cast in place between the said webs (4) with a common, sound-damping core (9) which forms a shuttering for the inner side of the running beams. Thereafter, the reinforced running beams are cast on the side webs (4), using the core (9) as a permanent shuttering. <IMAGE>
