PURPOSE:To attain consistent information collection by transmitting state change data on industrial facilities, etc., through transmission routes of different information transmitting means of two systems, and collecting the state change data information. CONSTITUTION:Two input processing parts 13-a and 13-b receive state change data on industrial facilities 1 through transmission routes 7a and 7b. Said processing parts are provided with monitoring and detecting circuits 14-a and 14-b which detect the input state change data and abnormality in the transmission routes and memories 15-a and 15-b stored with the state change data temporarily. Input data buffers 17-a and 17-b are buffer memories for storing the state change data temporarily, and a microcomputer 11 execute indication instructions of the whole device. A device 5 in a figure is a printer and 12 is a control program memory.
