<p>The process for the obtention of dialkyl ethers of 3-oxo-butyl phosphonic acid provides for interacting dialkyl ethers of phosphorous acid with mesityl oxide in the presence of natrium alcoholate dissolved in lower alcohols. The mixture of dialkyl ether of phosphorous acid with mesityl oxide which are taken, respectively, in an amount of 1:1.4-2.0 mole parts and a solution of natrium alcoholate in lower alcohols are fed simultaneously into a reaction zone in two flows. Speeds of the flows are so selected that the mole ratio of dialkyl ether of phosphorous acid and natrium alcoholate is maintained, respectively, in the range of 1:0.16-0.20. The temperature held in the process ranges from 70 to 100oC. Said interaction results in the production of a reagent mass wherefrom an ultimate product is extracted.</p> |
