PURPOSE:To obtain stable oscillation with a wide variable range even an FET has variance in characteristics by providing a terminal open stub to a strip line connected to the source terminal of the FET, and setting the condition of the stub properly. CONSTITUTION:A strip line 3 which is terminated to length an about quarter as long as the wavelength of an oscillation frequency is connected to the drain terminal 2 of the FET1, and a strip line 6 which is terminated by a dummy resistance 5 is connected to a terminal 4. Further, a dielectric resonator 7 is arranged coupling with the line 6, a strip line 9 is connected to the source terminal 8, and the output of an oscillator is supplied from the line 9 to a load. This line 9 is provided with the source stub 10, and the length of this stub, position from the source terminal 8, and characteristic impedance are set within proper ranges to attain stable oscillations with a wide variable range against variance in the characteristics of the FET1. |
