CALL DISPLAY DEVICE OF PERSONAL RADIO EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To let a user know visually how long transmission can be carried on in terms of minutes by displaying a call elapsed time. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a keyboard 1 for setting a group number is inputted to a controller 2. A binary-coded decimal code outputted from the controller 2 is converted by a converter 3 into a 5-digit digit number. This 5-digit digit number is displayed on a group number display device 5 through a driver 4. The controller 2 detects the call elapsed time of its station and an opponent station by a timer function depending upon a crystal oscillator 7. The detected call elapsed time is displayed on the group number display device 5 through a converter 3 and the driver 4. The timer function is reset every time the state changes from a transmission state to a reception state or vice versa.
