PURPOSE:To guarantee a smooth operation and attain a two-stage spring property, by providing rubber stoppers in an outer cylinder so that the stoppers can come into contact with an anti-vibration rubber member and the spring constant as a whole is decreased. CONSTITUTION:Portions corresponding to conventional stoppers are cut off so that the form of an anti-vibration rubber member 2 is made compact. V-shaped hollow rubber stoppers 10 are attached to both the ends of the inside of an outer cylinder 1 by retainers 11 so that the stoppers face each other in the direction of the relative motion of the outer cylinder and the anti-vibration rubber member 2. The coupling portions 2c of flanges 2b are placed in contact with the faces of the rubber stoppers 10. As a result, most of a vibration or rolling input is damped or absorbed by the rubber stoppers 10 provided in the outer cylinder 1, and the spring constant as a whole is decreased to attain a two-stage spring property. |
