PURPOSE:To remove the resin unit layer formed and hardened on the outer periphery of a coil by spraying gas onto the outer periphery of the coil to remove the excessive resin on the outer periphery of the coil when hardening the molded resin thereon. CONSTITUTION:Unhardened resin-immersed coil 1 is supported at a rotary shaft 7, and a drive source is energized to impart predetermined rotary force to the shaft 7. Subsequently, a blower 10 is operated to feed gas 11a from the feed duct 10a into a heating furnace 6 to circular to heat the gas in the furnace 6 and to feed it to the duct 10b. In this case the gas 11a is pressurized to suitable pressure, thereby spraying to remove the projected resin depending downwardly in raised shape of the coil 1 so as to form only thin resin layer on the outer periphery of the coil 1. |
