The afterburner consists of three main parts, the sections, and in the embodiment example has a round shape (circle). It is provided with guide sections which are welded, screwed or riveted. Furthermore, it has a partial frame which is firmly connected after alignment. A hot zone in the burner space is produced by means of the afterburner. A hot zone which causes even fuel particles which are difficult to ignite to combustion. The great advantage consists in that little fuel is required to produce the desired heat. Furthermore, because of the afterburning, less polluting material is discharged to the atmosphere. Since less fuel is burnt, and better, this invention should especially please those who have older multifuel heating plants, since according to the invention these can be brought to the efficiency of the most modern plants without great investment being necessary. After installation of the afterburner, a smaller nozzle should be fitted, since more heat is liberated by the afterburning.
