A pressure-filtration apparatus usable as a magnetically-stirred cell for laboratory operation having a plastic housing comprises a monolithic bell-shaped housing upper part (1), for receiving the medium to be filtered, having an upward-pointing connection piece (8) for filling, emptying, drawing off and for connecting to a pressure medium source, the connection piece (8) merging by means of internally sloping shoulders (7) into the bell-shaped main part, and further comprises a monolithic flat housing lower part (9) with a filter support (12) which comprises ribs and ducts and which faces the opening of the housing upper part (1), the ducts with their free spaces (13) forming a small-volume filtrate chamber and opening into a filtrate-removal port (14) which faces radially outwards across the outline of the housing lower part (9), and the outline of the housing lower part (9) being designed as a base (11) close below the filter support (12). The two monolithic housing parts (1, 9) can be connected, incorporating a circumferential O-ring seal (3), in a positively locking manner via in each case integrally moulded threaded collars (5, 10), the O-ring seal (3) being fixed non-positively in a groove (4) of one housing part (1 or 9), and the pulp chamber (feed chamber) situated above being separated from the filtrate chamber situated below by a cutout flat filter (16) which can be clamped between the two housing parts (1, 9) in a leak-proof manner.
