PURPOSE:To grasp immediately an elapsed time value by providing one, at least, light emitting element which emits light in accordance with a preliminarily entered numerical value in case of display of a numerical value of data of a control circuit or the like. CONSTITUTION:A programmer 11 which gives information to a sequencer A consists of a key input device 12 and a display part 13, and the display part 13 is provided with an address decoder 14, a latch circuit 15, a lighting driving circuit 16, and a light emitting element 17. An address data signal of the sequencer A is decoded by the decoder 14 and is latched in the circuit 15 which receives a display data signal of the sequencer a, and the element 17 is allowed to emit light through the circuit 16 by the output of the circuit 15. In this case, the element 17 is formed into a bar shape, and numerical values are entered preliminarily on individual light emitting parts a1-a10, and light emitting parts a1... are lit successively.
