摘要 PURPOSE:To enable uniform supporting, by using a plurality of slit type nozzles and blowing the pore opening surface of a carrier by the movement of the nozzles or the movement of the draw-up carrier to control the supporting amount of a slurry on the carrier. CONSTITUTION:An integral structure type carrier having large number of piercing pores is immersed in a slurry containing a catalytic component and subsequently drawn up while the excessive slurry in pores is blown off by using a nozzle system for blowing out pressurized gas. In this case, the nozzle system is constituted by using a plurality of slit type nozzles and the interval of the adjacent nozzles is set to 3-100mm. while the pore opening surface of the carrier is blown by the movement of the nozzles or the movement of the drawn-up carrier. As a result, gas blow out from each nozzle is reduced in the involution at the center part thereof and the offset in the flow linear speed of gas can be reduced while the supporting amount of a slurry on the carrier is controlled to enable uniform supporting.
