A device is described for the vibration-insulating suspension of a component on a supporting part, which device has a retaining element, which can be mounted on the supporting part, and a suspension element, which is arranged at a distance above or below the same and can be connected to the component which is to be suspended, which elements can be elastically braced with respect to one another, by means of a clamping device. For this purpose, a rubber-elastic supporting element is provided between the retaining element and the suspension element, which supporting element holds said elements such that they do not make contact with one another, and their mutual bracing is accomplished by means of a single, annular, rubber-elastic connecting element which is held by being suspended on suspension parts which are arranged offset with respect to one another in the circumferential direction of said connecting element and are arranged alternately on the retaining element and the suspension element. The equipment of the clamping device with only one connecting element makes a simple construction possible and also makes it possible to assemble the device quickly.
