PURPOSE:To effectively convert the vibration of a piezoelectric vibrator into a rotary force and to output it by engaging a rotary vibration member in the returning path of the vibrator, and engaging it with an output shaft at the normal vibration time of the member. CONSTITUTION:A rotary vibration member 5 is engaged with a piezoelectric vibrator 3 in the forwarding path of the vibrator 3 to be rotated normally, and reversely rotated in the returning path of the vibrator 3 separately from the vibrator 5 by the tension of a spring 7 to reciprocate. An output shaft 6 is engaged with the member 5 when the member 5 is normally rotated. The vibrator 3 is periodically energized to intermittently rotate the shaft 6. |
