BLOW-MOLDED CONTAINER WITH IMPROVED TRANSPARENCY

PURPOSE:To improve transparency and reduce non-uniform thickness of a molded container, by making injection orientation blow molding of a random copolymer of propylene and alpha-olefin whose ratio between a melt flow index and extreme viscosity is in a specific relation. CONSTITUTION:A blow-molded container whose transparency is improved is obtained by making injection orientation blow molding of random copolymer of propylene and alpha-olefin whose melt flow index (MFI) is 4-50g/10min and a relation between extreme viscosity [eta]dl/g and the foregoing MFI is 1.70<=log MFI+5.20log[eta]<=1.95. As the transparency becomes favorable further, a nucleating agent can be kept loaded, and in this case, the nucleating agent of less than 1wt% is favorable to a propylene-alpha-olefin random copolymer.
