PURPOSE:To make it possible to check the total wt. of a kneaded mixture at any time, by allowing a sub-belt feeder relating to a material receiving bin to face to a scale main belt feeder capable of metering the wt. of a conveying material. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of sub-belt feeders 20, of which the discharge ends are faced on a scale main belt feeder 10 capable of metering the wt. of a conveying material, are provided so as to cross the conveying direction of said feeder 10. In a plurality of bins 30 for respectively receiving various materials, the feeders 20 are arranged to the bottom parts of said bins 30 and openings 32 are formed to the discharge ends thereof along with the feeders 20 and gate plates 33 for adjusting the opening degrees of the openings 32 are provided while a discharge opening 41 is arranged to a cement bin 40 capable of metering and supplying cement so as to be directed to the feeder 10. In addition, a kneading screw 52, which is faced to the part under the conveying direction end of the feeder 10 at one and thereof and inclined upwardly at the other end thereof and has at least one shaft between both ends thereof, and a flexible bottom 51 are provided to a kneading means 50. |
