PURPOSE:To efficiently separate and remove filth such as oil, by providing a first separating tank for floating filth, a flocculation apparatus for flocculating the suspended substance in fluid from said separation tank to form flocs and a second separation tank for the flotation separation of filth. CONSTITUTION:A fluid mixture containing filth such as oil is intrduced into a first separation tank 300 from an inlet 315 and receives centrifugal force in a long flowline formed by a spiral partition plate and the oil component in said fluid mixture is gathered to the side of a cylinder to be coalesced and grown into coarse particles. Floated oil is stored in an oil component flotation separation part 320B and discharged from an oil outlet 316. Further, the fluid is introduced into a second separation tank from the inlet thereof and advances from a first cylinder to a sixth cylinder and residual oil is gradually floated according to gravity difference in a long flowline partitioned by a spiral partition wall and stored in an oil collecting part before discharged from an oil outlet.
