The invention relates to a drilling tool, especially for stone-working, with a helically extending drill-dust removal groove worked into the shank part in the axial direction and formed from a groove and web, and with drill-dust chambers arranged in the region of the drill head and formed by shaped cutting surfaces. The aim of the invention is to improve the discharge of drill dust out of the drillhole on drilling tools for stone-working. The object on which the invention is based is to perfect the construction of the drill head in the region of the transition point between the drill cutting edges and the drill-dust removal grooves arranged in the shank part of the tool, in order to avoid a build-up of drill dust. This object is achieved, according to the invention, in that at least one of the two cutting surfaces arranged in the region of the drill head is extended in such a way that the drill-dust chamber formed thereby covers a plurality of grooves and webs of the drill-dust removal groove.
