<p>Messenger RNA for murine interleukin-3 is isolated and used to clone c-DNA for this protein. The c-DNA is used as a probe, inter alia, to identify the gene for murine interleukin-3. Also c-DNA for murine interleukin-3 is cloned into a prokaryotic host and expression of biologically active murine interleukin-3 is obtained.</p> |
