PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency with a simple structure by exciting a bending vibration for equally dividing a circumference into odd divisions. CONSTITUTION:At least one of a stator 1 and a rotor 21 has a ringlike state, and both are pressed to each other. When the output of a high frequency power source 27 is supplied to raise a voltage, the elliptical motion of ultrafine ampllitude is generated on the surface of the stator 1, and the rotor 21 starts rotating. The vibration of the bending mode that two crossing points of a diameter and the circumference for dividing the stator ring 1 are disposed at a central point, the points isolated by pir/(2n-1) at both sides along the circumference from the central point are as side points in such a manner that the central points are disposed at the web and the side points are disposed at the nod is excited at one central point side, and the vibration that the phase is different at pi/2 in the same mode and the same frequency at the other central point side is excited. |
