PURPOSE:To prevent the rush current of a resonance capacitor, the current damage and the increase in a switching loss by providing a time in which both main and sub switches become OFF. CONSTITUTION:The both ends of the primary winding n3 of a base drive transistor T2 are connected with a control DC power source E through drive signal generators A1, A2. A duty ratio variable unit B is connected with the base of a transistor Q3 of a drive signal generator A1, and the base of the transistor Q3 of a drive signal generator A2 is connected with a rectangular wave generator K. Before a main switching transistor Q2 becomes ON, a sub switching transistor Q1 already became OFF, thereby preventing the current damage of the transistors Q1, Q2 and reducing the switching loss. |
