PURPOSE:To step up the voltage in good conversion efficiency by a simple circuit by constructing in combination of two capacitors and four switches. CONSTITUTION:A C-MOS inverter 2 operates as a function of a switch, and P-MOS.FETs 5, 6 are respectively driven by C-MOS inverters 3, 4. When a clock input terminal CK is high level, the outputs of the inverters 2, 3 become low level, the FET5 is turned ON, and capacitor C1 is charged. Then, when a clock input terminal CK becomes low level, the FET6 is turned ON, and the voltage of positive side of the capacitor C1 is applied to a capacitor C2. Double voltage can be obtained by the capacitor C2 by this series of operation. |
