PURPOSE:A resin composition that is composed of 2 or more kinds of graft polymers which are prepared by the polymerization of an aromatic vinyl monomer containing an unsaturated nitrile monomer for the side chain in different contents in the presence of a diene rubber polymer, thereby improving coating operability, impact strength and processability. CONSTITUTION:In the presence of a diene rubber polymer of over 70% gel content and more than 0.2 micron average particle size, monomer mixtures consisting of an unsaturated nitrile and aromatic vinyl compound is polymerized, in which the content of the unsaturated nitrile is changed. One or more kinds of graft polymers with the unsaturated nitrile content of 20 - 32 wt% and one or more kinds of graft polymer with the content of 32 - 37 wt% are blended with a copolymer consisting of 20 - 37 wt% of the unsaturated nitrile monomer and 80 - 63 wt% of the aromatic vinyl monomer so that the content of the unsaturated nitrile in the side chains of the total graft polymer is 28 - 35% and the contant of the nitrile in all of the free polyer is 22 - 35%. |
