PURPOSE:To prepare a microcapsule having an oxidation inhibitor sealed therein, by dissolving a polymer, the liquid active substance and the oxidation inhibitor in an org. solvent having volatility easier than that of the liquid active substance while spraying the obtained solution in a liquid droplet form. CONSTITUTION:A polymer such as polysulfone, an active substance (e.g., Z-11- hexadecenal) having a limited solubility to the polymer at an ambient temp. and liquid at an ambient temp. and an oxidation inhibitor (e.g., 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-phenol) are dissolved in an org. solvent (e.g., methylene chloride) capable of dissolving all of the active substance, the oxidation inhibitor and polymer and having volatility easier than that of the active substance. This solution is sprayed as fine liquid droplets from a nozzle and the solvent is evaporated from the liquid droplets to dry said liquid droplets and a microcapsule, wherein the liquid active substance and the oxidation inhibitor are sealed in the polymer skin film, is obtained. As a result, the chemically unstable liquid active substance can be kept stably over a long period of time. |
