Use of a vibrating reactor as electrolytic cell

To carry out electrolyses, primarily refining and reducing electrolyses, the electrolytic cells are caused to vibrate and, consequently, a continuous destruction of the concentration gradients in the cathode region is achieved, even without inert particle filling. As electrolysis equipment, use may be made of commercial vibrating mills having modified grinding tubes.
