PURPOSE:To obtain foamless kneading material by a method wherein the kneading material that passed the 1st extruder is pushed into a thin wall body and deaerated in vacuum atmosphere and then supplied into the 2nd extruder. CONSTITUTION:The kneading material G that has been extruded by an extruder 10 becomes kneaded material G1 as a thread through the extruding die 12, hangs and drops in the communication pipe 30 to remove foams by vacuum absorption. The material G1 that has become free from foams is supplied into the lower extruder 20, and kneaded again. When the end part of the extruder 20 is clogged with the material G, the shielding plate 26 is opened to take out the completely kneaded material G. |
