PURPOSE:To aim at improvements in working efficiency intime of the loading or unloading of baggage, by making the positioning of a hinged door for tail gate use in a van-type car possible to be done automatically at a half-opened position via a stopper rod and simultaneously its full-open also performable in an easy manner. CONSTITUTION:When a hinged door 17 opening or closing the rear opening of a van-type car is opened, a stopper rod 30 is made contact with an indoor side surface of the door 17 at its tip part by dint of energizing force in a spring 36 and, under this condition kept intact, turns round in response to opening motion of the door 17. And, when the door 17 rotates up to a half-opened position, the said tip part gets over a stopper spring 41 and engages a hook 39 of a hook member 31 whereby that of more than its opening motion is checked. Next, from this condition, if the door 17 is forcibly closed, the tip part gets over the said spring 41 so that the door 17 is closed. In addition, when the said tip part is uplifted from a state the said engagement gets released and the door 17 is opened, the door 17 becomes opened up to a full-open position in consequence. |
