PURPOSE:To attain ease of center load through the operation of a terminal device by providing a means destroying the content of program version and revision to the terminal device side, and attaining the center load of the program. CONSTITUTION:A program is loaded to a RAM23 by the center load from the load or host at loading. The content of the version VER and revision REV of the program is set to a VER, REV register 25 by the operation of an operating unit 24 in this case. In performing a forced load of the program to the terminal device, when an inverting switch 26 is operated, the content of the register 25 is destroyed by the operation of a control circuit 27. The program VER, REV to be loaded managed by the host side and the VER, REV at the terminal device side are dissident unevitably through the processing, the center load of the program is attained from the host, resulting in realizing the program load. That is, the forced program load is realized by the operation from the terminal device side.
