RESISTOR BUILT IN CATHODE RAY TUBE

摘要

PURPOSE:To avoid accidents during a knocking disposition process and improve the coefficient of utilization of the area of an insulated base plate by selecting a proper one of the turn back positions on the zig-zag pattern of a voltage-dividing resistor layer formed on the insulated base plate. CONSTITUTION:Each turn-back position 19e on the zig-zag pattern of a voltage- dividing resistor layer 19 formed on an insulated base plate 18 is selected so that the minimum distance Lm from it to the outer surface 20a of an insulated coating 20 will be as short as possible and have a sufficient length to prevent changes in the resistance value of the voltage-dividing resistor layer 19 due to the insulated coating 20 being broken by a large potential difference which is caused by a high voltage applied during a cathode ray tube knocking disposition process. In this way, no changes are caused to the resistance value even in the cathode ray tube knocking disposition process, and moreover the voltage-dividing resistor layer 19 having a large effective length can be obtained because the surface area of the insulated base plate is used effectively.
