PURPOSE:To aim at simplifying the structure of an actuating device for a clutch lever, by providing such an arrangement that the axial movement of a cam follower in a clutch associating mechanism associating with the control of speed change is transmitted to a centrifugal clutch, and the rotation of the cam follower may be confined by a bifurcated section formed in a clutch lever for releasing the centrifugal clutch. CONSTITUTION:There is rotatably supported a cam drum 61 adjacent to and parallel with a change shaft 20 associating with a change pedal and rotatably journalled to a crank casing. A clutch lever 31 is engaged at its one end with a can mechanism 35 provided at one end o the change shaft 20, and is abutted at the other end against a presser 11a in a centrifugal clutch so that the centrifugal clutch may be released in association with the rotation of the change shaft 20, and then the cam drum 61 is rotated by means of speed change associating mechanism 50 to make it possible to carry out the control of speed change. Further, the rotation of the cam follower 37 around a transverse axis may be confined by a bifurcated section 31b formed at one end of the clutch lever 31. |
