PURPOSE:To prevent data copying precisely from malfunction by holding an output from a driving circuit for controlling the driving circuit of a data copying means at a fixed state by a strobe signal generated at the ON of a power supply. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply switch is turned on and power supply voltage is supplied to a terminal A prior to photographing, the output of a boosting circuit 21 is dropped by a voltage lowering circuit 22 and the lowered voltage is supplied to a strobing circuit 23, a reset circuit 24 and a microcomputer 3. The strobing circuit 23 consists of a capacitor C1, a resistor R3 and a diode D1 and potential at a point M exceeds a certain level over a period longer than a reset signal from the reset circuit 24. The potential VM is applied to a driving circuit 6 as a strobing signal, so that an output from the driving circuit 6 is closed independently of the state of the microcomputer and data copying is prevented from malfunction.
