PURPOSE:To improve the stability of oscillation frequency in spite of the variation of the same power supply by increasing the charging speed of the charging side having sensitivity higher than that of power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION:It is assumed that control voltage is applied to a control circuit C and an output terminal B is in the low potential. The potential of a point A is raised in accordance with the charge of a capacitor as shown by the solid line of a waveform pattern because a switch S1 is closed, and when said potential reaches the threshold voltage of an inverter 14, an output terminal B is inverted to high potential. In response to the inversion, a switch S2 is closed, the switch S1 is opened and the charge applied to the capacitor 13 is discharged by a voltage/current conversion circuit 12 at the same speed as the charging. When the charge is discharged up to the threshold voltage of the inverter 15, the output terminal B is turned to low potential and charging operation to the capacitor 14 is started again. |
