BRAZING METHOD OF ALUMINUM MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To simplify an integration stage by using a powdery brazing filler metal having a chemical conversion layer consisting of K2AlF3. CONSTITUTION:The powdery brazing filler metal to be used is formed by subjecting the powder of a brazing filler metal for an Al material to a chemical conversion treatment and forming a layer composed of K2AlF3 thereon. The powdery brazing filler metal is supplied in the form of dry powder or glue to the desired part to be brazed and is integrated. The body to be brazed integrated with the powdery brazing filler metal is put into a heating furnace and is heated by which the brazing filler metal is melted and said body is brazed.
