PURPOSE:To increase the ingestion amount of calcium and to inhibit common live microorganisms, by heating and burning steamed powdered bones made of mammal bone to give powdered purified basic pentacalcium triphosphate, adding it to drinking water, foods and drinks. CONSTITUTION:Steamed powdered bones made of bone of mammals such as cow are heated and burned (1,000-1,400 deg.C), powdered and purified. 0.5g-1g prepared basic pentacalcium triphosphate is added to 1l water, the pH of water is raised to give calcium ion-containing water, which is directly used for drinking or blended with drinks such as juice, whisky, so that a necessary amount of calcium is ingested. The addition of pentacalcium triphosphate during the process of Tofu (bean-curd) preparation is observed to have the inhibition of number of live microorganisms. |
