发明名称 ROLLING MILL CONTROLLING METHOD OF DISCOID BLANK SECTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To execute good rolling which causes no slip runaway by distributing and controlling a total motor load to other motor than a reference one by a set distribution ratio, setting a driving motor which is always related to rolling of a discoid section as a reference, and making a roll circumferential speed coincide roughly with the blank section. CONSTITUTION:Motor loads (current values) of five sets of DC motors 10, 14, 20, 32 and 38 for rolling a discoid blank section to a wheel 1A provided with webs are detected by detectors 11, 15, 21, 33 and 39, respectively, and each DC motor load is calculated by a motor load arithmetic comparator 50 in a distribution ratio which has set optionally the sum total of detected values by a motor load distributing, comparing and setting device 51. Revolving speeds of other DC motors 14, 20, 32 and 33 than the reference DC motor 10 are adjusted, respectively, by a control device which is not in the figure, so that both coincide with each other by comparing it with the detected value, and controlled so that each DC motor receives a prescribed load. Accordingly, each roll causes no slip nor runaway, and good rolling is executed.
