PURPOSE:To ensure an optimum distributing voltage regardless of the operating state of a load by forecasting an optimum operating voltage based on a receiving and a transmitting end voltage of a transformer so as to control an on-load tap changer. CONSTITUTION:Each winding voltage signal of the transformer 1 with an on- load tap changer as an analog signal AI and a switching state signal of circuit breakers 6-8 as a digital signal are sampled by an input processing means 19 at a prescribed period and revised/recorded sequentially in a storage means 20. An optimum control voltage operating means 24 inputs a signal through a transformer output terminal voltage discriminating means 22 and a transformer operating state forecasting means 23 and operates an optimum control voltage by using the sending end voltage based on the result of a load operating state discriminating means 21. A tap switching control voltage calculating means 25 compares the optimum control voltage and a step voltage of the on-load tap changer 5 so as to calculate the tap voltage to be controlled and outputs an increase/decrease voltage corresponding to the voltage via an output processing means 26. |
