PURPOSE:To prevent moisture from mixing into an insulating oil due to dew concentration by setting up a thermally shielded protective tube on the gyrotron inserting part of a superconductive magnet. CONSTITUTION:A thermally shielding material 25 and a protective tube 26 are set up on the internal peripheral part of the casing 2 of a gyrotron magnet. Said thermally shielding material 25 is primerily a thermal shielding between the gyrotron magnet casing corresponding to the open air temperature and the open air so that the simple thermal shielding may be sufficient and accordingly, the protective tube 26 does not obstruct a housing space of the gyrotron. The protective tube 26 can be held to have the same temperature with the open air temperature so as to generate no more dew concentration on its inside surface. The inside surface of the gyrotron casing generates dew concentration as before but these water drops do not drip into an insulating oil 6 while being hindered by the thermal shielding plate 25d and the protective tube 26. |
