PURPOSE:To drive a switching circuit with high potential precisely even by a control signal with low potential by charging a boosting capacitor by a depression type MOSTR. CONSTITUTION:The MOSTRQ4 is a depression type TR, and when a control signal D1 is turned to +5V, potential A is turned to +5V without being influenced by the threshold voltage Vth of the MOSTRQ4 and a capacitor C is also charged with +5V. When a control signal D2 is reduced down to 0V, a MOSTRQ3 is turned off and a capacitor CL is charged with the switched voltage V of the potential through a MOSTRQ2. When the potential of a point B is turned to 25V, the potential of the point A is turned to about 29V, so that the MOSTRQ2 can be kept sufficiently at the ON status. |
