<p>Novel messenger RNA (mRNA) coding human immunoglobulin D (IgD) and DNA complementary to the mRNA (cDNA), a process for their preparation, and a process for preparing IgD using the mRNA or cDNA. IgD relates to maturation or differentiation of antibody-yielding B cells and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatism, and a DNA coding H-chain of IgD can be used as an agent for diagnosing diseases induced by abnormality of IgD.</p> |
