PURPOSE:To adjust positioning easily by forming a positioning line for a dielectric resonator on a substrate of a microwave oscillating device. CONSTITUTION:The positioning line 6 for indicating previously determined fitting positions (l), (d) of the dielectric resonator 4 is formed simultaneously with the printing of a strip line 3 on the alumina substrate 1 by the same material. The positioning line 6 is formed by a dashed line so that the line length is sufficiently short to prevent the line 6 from resonation with oscillation frequency. Since the positioning line 6 of the dielectric resonator 4 is formed simultaneously with the strip line 3, the dielectric resonator can be fitted to a precise fixing position without using a specific fitting device. |
