PURPOSE:To obtain titled sheet without impairing its productivity, capable of easily regulating its releasing strength especially relatively low-level one, by providing corona discharge treatment on a base material coated with silicone resin. CONSTITUTION:A base material preferably consisting of polypropylene, plastic film, paper or composite thereof is coated with silicone resin. The resulting resin surface is then subjected to corona discharge treatment at a lower level than that for the purpose of imparting adhesivity (pref. using a pillar-type discharger), thus obtaining the objective releasing sheet.
