PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition composed of a specific ethylenic polymer, a copolymer of ethylene and alpha-olefin, and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and having improved draw-down property and neck-in property in lamination, and excellent low-temperature heat-sealability. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 20- 70(wt)% copolymer of ethylene and alpha-olefin, having a density of 0.91-0.94g/cm<3> and a melt index (M.I.) of 1-20g/10min, and containing 3-30 side chain alkyl groups having a carbon number of 1-10 per 1,000C atoms of the main chain with (B) 20-60% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having an M.I. of 1.5-15g/ 10min and a vinyl acetate content of 1-15%, and (C) 10-60% ethylenic polymer having a density of 0.90-0.935g/cm<3> and containing essentially >=11C side chain alkyl group. The M.I. of the composition is preferably 1-15g/10min, and the ratio of B/B+C is preferably 2/9-7/8.
