PURPOSE:To collect and remove assuredly leaking liquid due to the sticking of dust, etc., on an opening part, and improve picture quality and shorten drying time by forming a pressure reduction chamber at an outer circumferential frame outside the opening frame of a developing head. CONSTITUTION:A pressure reduction chamber 30 is formed outside of an opening part 11b. An outer circumferential frame 31 is provided outside of an opening frame 11c of the opening part 11b. The frame 31 is at high as the frame 11c or projects slightly from the frame 11c, and its end surface comes into close contact with a photosensitive material 12. A suction pipe 32 is connected to the pressure reduction chamber 30 and a suction pump 33 is interposed in the pipe 32. A trap 34 is formed between the pressure reduction chamber 30 and suction pump 33. A liquid developer flows out downward by gravitation, so it is recommended that the chamber is formed under the opening part 11b. Further, more effect is obtained when the chamber is formed at the outer circumference while covering the opening part 11b. |
