PURPOSE:To reduce step error and to improve overall step accuracy by using two members to the screw shaft coupling part of a step actuator and connecting both members with an elastic substance. CONSTITUTION:The rigidity is reduced at a coupling part 17 between a floppy disk attachment part 28 at the end part of a lead screw shaft (c) and a lead screw part. Thus the step error can be reduced during one rotation of a rotor (b) and the overall step accuracy R is improved. The different members are used to a male screw part 16 of the shaft (c) and the part 28 respectively without using a coupling part unified with the shaft (c). Another member, e.g., a metallic piano wire 29 having flexibility or elasticity is used to connect those two different members by adhesion or melt-sticking 30. While a close-adhesion coil spring 32 is used to a coupling part between the screw part 16 of the shaft (c) and the part 28. Thus it is possible to keep the flexibility of the shaft (c) and also reduce the rigidity of the shaft (c). |
